Any e-mail generated by me will include specific instructions regarding the process to be removed from my database/mailing list so that no future communications will be received.

How to contact me

If you have submitted information about yourself through my web site or an e-mail message and you would like me to delete that information from my records, please send me an e-mail.  I will remove your information from my files within 24 - 48 hours.
