These packages are ideal for successful business owners who are making at least $75K per year. You are ready to bring someone on your team who can be more proactive and help manage systems and operations. You need more than a VA, you need someone who is plugged in!

Marketing Implementation

We will work together to implement your marketing plan. Depending on the activities, I may be doing the work or overseeing the project management; either way, you will only pay the retainer amount. You've got a lot of work to do and need capable hands - that's me! Following is just a sampling of the types of services that we can handle for you:
 

• List-building and traffic generation strategies (content marketing, landing pages, newsletters, pink spoon marketing, etc)
• Teleseminars and webinars (create process workflow to include timeline, promotion strategy, product/message, autoresponder, web pages, handouts, and follow-up items; post announcements; press release; download / convert MP3 audio playback)
• Ebooks/digital products (formatting, conversion to PDF, Ebook cover graphics for website, create sales page, create product  in shopping cart)
• Social media (set up and maintain your social networking profiles)
• Track metrics and analyze data (open rates, Google Analytics, revenue trends)
• Affiliate management (populate affiliate center, manage programs/products, customer service for affiliates)
• Blog / Website maintenance (Wordpress, HTML, XHTML)

Package A: $1,400 per month and would include internet marketing support, priority 1-2 day turnaround (usually same day), and one (1) one-hour strategy/consulting phone call per month if needed, and one (1) SOS call at no charge. Questions via e-mail are not charged.

Package B: $1,275 per month and would include internet marketing support, 1-2 day turnaround.

We offer both fixed-fee as well as custom packages; whichever satisfies your particular needs. Get back to doing what you do best and leave the money part to us.

Deluxe Business Package: $1,195

• Entry of up to 250 transactions
• Reconciliation of up to 2 checking, 1 savings, and 1 PayPal account
• Reconciliation of up to 2 credit card accounts
• Process vendor payments utilizing online banking
• Client invoice creation
• Prepare standard or custom reports (eg, balance sheet, profit & loss, sales report etc)
