This package is based on 10 hours per month and is ideal for those of you who have been in business for awhile, are making steady income, and are ready to hand over routine tasks and monthly maintenance items (newsletters, autoresponders/ shopping cart, social media, blog posts, etc.)

Plugged-In Partner

This 20-hour package is for successful business owners who are making at least $75K per year. You are going strong with your online business and require someone who can be more proactive and help manage systems and operations. You need more than a VA, you need someone who is plugged in!

Total Package

If you've already got a successful business, making at least $100K per
year and need someone who can do product launches, increase your profits, manage your team, get tasks off your list, create new programs and products, manage telesummits and other high-end duties, this package is for you!

Teleseminar / Telesummit Management

No two teleseminars or telesummits are alike so it's hard to create a "one size fits all" package. I've set up and managed quite a few teleseminars - some lasting one week and another that lasted an entire month. Some were free and acted as list-builders, while others were extremely lucrative for speakers and affiliates. The one thing that all of them had in common was that they all required that technology be used and the process needed managing - and this is where I come in. Here is an example of the types of tasks I can take over for you:

• Event project management to include coordinating with business owner, virtual assistants, designers, etc. to deliver event on time
• Set up product and autoresponder series in list manager (welcome email, daily reminders, and follow-up emails)
• Prepare audios for playback
• Set up affiliate program in shopping cart and populate resource center with swipe copy and graphics
• Schedule events in "Teleseminar" system and add photos of speakers, title, date and time for each event
• Liaise with speakers, reminders of live events or schedule for pre-recordings
• Prepare product - physical products for fulfillment, downloadable digital programs, and upsells
