Lisa Wells, eMarketing Solutions Provider

Lisa founded Coast2Coast Business Support Solutions in July 2005 after more than 15 years of experience working in the real estate and information technology industries. Lisa began her career as a marketing assistant for a Fortune 1000 commercial real estate brokerage firm in Newport Beach, California. Once she was promoted to network administrator and transitioned to the technology industry, she really found her passion.

After her job was outsourced, she began working for the City of Mission Viejo in Mission Viejo, California, as an IT technician and within two years, she was promoted to IT specialist. Being surrounded by highly technical and smart co-workers, all with a great sense of humor, working for the City for seven years was truly a dream job. Working with end-users and supporting an information technology department, Lisa gained valuable organizational and management skills. In addition to being responsible for purchasing, budgeting, IT operations, publications, web site design and development, and software application training, Lisa also honed her skills in troubleshooting and repairing computers, servers, printers, and other technical products. Lisa's accuracy, thoroughness, attention to details, and well-rounded software knowledge are but a few traits that have allowed her to parlay her experience into starting her own business.

After Lisa's husband received orders to relocate from Camp Pendleton, California to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina in June 2005, Lisa found herself joining other like-minded individuals in the virtual assistant industry who are doing what they do best -- partnering with small businesses, entrepreneurs, and other independent professionals to help them grow and succeed. It is with this goal in mind that she will utilize her creativity, resourcefulness, and positive attitude to help you work smarter, not harder. Lisa has a bachelor of science in business management and is one of the few virtual assistants who holds all three designations offered by IVAA: Certified Virtual Assistant, Certified Real Estate Support Specialist, and EthicsCheck.
